Cindy Perez

Cindy joined Future Value Associates (FVA) in early 2021 to lead the Employee Benefits Practice.

Cindy brings more than 30 years of experience in employee benefits to FVA and has elevated our Practice with her extensive knowledge as an insurance insider. Most of Cindy’s career was spent at Blue Cross Blue Shield where she spent time in almost every area such as Underwriting, Service, Sales and Management. When Cindy left Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield Cindy was serving as a Director of Account Management in their large group market.

In her role as Vice President, Cindy works with our benefits team and the respective insurance providers to ensure that all of our employer groups are well taken care of. Our goal is to always provide high quality service to all of our clients, and Cindy’s attention to detail and responsiveness ensures that all FVA clients are well taken care of.

A born and raised New Yorker, Cindy is a graduate of St. John's University. She and her husband have two sons and reside in Cortlandt Manor, New York.
