Sarah M. Becker joined Future Value Associates (FVA) in 2000 with a background in finance, marketing and employee benefits. She left Pricewaterhouse Coopers to join FVA so that she could leverage her corporate experience to bring a high level of service and expertise to a smaller boutique firm. Sarah was made a Partner at FVA in 2006 by founder Tom Ferrara, and helped Tom grow the firm into the successful business it is today.
As President of FVA, Sarah oversees the Employee Benefits practice to ensure that our team continues to provide clients with a high level of service. Sarah personally runs the Private Client Wealth Management practice and works with each of our individual clients to make sure their wealth goals are on track for success.
Sarah is FINRA licensed for Series 6 (mutual funds and annuities), Series 7 (full-line broker), Series 63 (state recognition), Series 65 (investment advisor) and Series 24 (registered principal).
Sarah has volunteered for a variety of organizations to benefit her community. She currently serves on the Northern Westchester Hospital Community Foundation Board of Directors and is a member of the Katonah Village Improvement Society. She is also President of the FVA Foundation, which she founded in 2023 to manage her firm's philanthropic efforts. She has served her alma mater, Franklin & Marshall College, in a variety of roles, from Alumni Board President and ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees to participating in Leadership Council and the Global Steering Committee. She is active in her children's schools volunteering on the PTO Executive Board and has been involved in the Finance Committee at her church.
Sarah resides in Katonah, New York with her husband, Ryan, and their two children, John and Kathryn. She spends most of her free time at their activities and sports but also tries to carve out some time to golf.
