Thomas G. Ferrara, MBA, CEO

Thomas G. Ferrara spent his entire career in the financial services industry. Prior to founding Future Value Associates (FVA), he worked for the Hess Corporation, Goldman Sachs and Guardian.

Tom founded Future Value Associates (FVA) in 1987, focusing on life insurance and investments. Over time he expanded FVA’s scope to include benefits, retirement and estate planning. He was passionate about all of these areas, and enjoyed presenting on these topics to accounting societies, undergraduate programs, business associations and even a personal presentation at the White House.

Tom continued to build FVA for 35 years. He led the firm with his kind heart and commitment to doing what was best for his clients. The connections he made through FVA forged genuine friendships, and he was honored to consider his clients and business associates as friends.

Tom passed away in October of 2022. Prior to his passing he acknowledged FVA as his legacy, and the FVA team is committed to carrying that legacy forward with the same conscientious care and dedication that was the foundation of his success.
